The end of the recordings for The Conquering Light Of Flora And Fauna's The Hive is just around the corner (ending approx within the following 2-3 weeks), and it is with great joy (and anticipation) we can start filling you in on the initial plans and details for the album release.
The Hive will boast 10-12 tracks produced by The Conquering Light Of Flora And Fauna and danish wunderkind Niels Høg (Marvins Revolt, The Kissaway Trail etc.), mastered by Chicago based Carl Saff (Acid Mothers Temple, Holy Sons, Ultra Dolphins etc.), engulfed in a deluxe gatefold cover, crowned with artwork by french artist Adrian Kenyon. The album will be released under a Creative Commons license 2.5. Featured tracktitles: Phantom Flesh, Easy Christian Kill, Bear Creek Pantomime, Scandinavians, And Death Shall Bring Pandas And Puppies, Aid Stallions, amongst others.
Overall, The Conquering Light Of Flora And Fauna's - The Hive, is an intriguingly minimalist concept piece, which will claim it's final true title and territory thru a somewhat atypical distribution form.
